Suzanne has had 20 years legal experience as a Paralegal and Accounts Manager in several boutique firms in Melbourne, thus giving her a good understanding of the requirements of a legal office. She has been supporting Victorian Solicitors in the implementation of PCLaw for 7 years and has a good understanding of the Trust Regulations. Her friendly nature, excellent training skills and encouragement to staff members obtains outstanding results.
Suzanne Stevenson Consulting oversees the:
- setup of PCLaw – on site training, remote access, telephone and email support;
- setting up office systems;
- ensuring that compliance of all trust legislation is maintained;
- day to day data entry of office and trust data;
- General Ledger and Financial Reporting ;
- End of Month reporting;
- Implementation of Document Management and Email Management.
